6:1 Classroom These classrooms are designed to meet the needs of students who require a slightly more intensive interaction with the classroom teacher. Students are placed in the junior class (grades 1 to 3) or the intermediate class (grades 4 to 6). Students must meet academic criteria for homogenous groupings for reading, expressive writing, and mathematics.
